Today a friend I'd only just met yesterday greeted me with this kind words "You look so beautiful. I didn't even recognize you. Yesterday you were so plain today, today you are beautiful."
Okay it could have been the fact that yesterday I literally fell out of bed running to the car. But I put on more make up - eye liner the works I thought I looked more sleek yesterday.
Today I tossed on jeans, a tank and a balloon - borderline maternity tank dress and let my hair be curling. In short I was me.
Lesson learned authenticity from our essential self will in fact reward our social self.
