Imagine that for one day you redirected all of the energy spent analyzing others perception of you and applied these minutes to cultivating your dreams. Where would you be at the end of the sunset?
We are 30 days away from packing up our home and closing a chapter of hard learned & earned lessons. In all moves we have the choice to take, recycle or pitch our beloved things. What will I choose to take with me?
Happiness: the organic potential to be manifested each and every moment of the day. The cultivator or destroyer are one in the same. I choose to cultivate happiness in my life.
Creativity: a bi-product of unplanned time and a few tools for any creative project. I commit to living a creative life and assuring that our children are always given the tools and time to explore a creative life.
Humor: I believe that God is female and a comedian. I choose to take laughter and comedy with me through motherhood.
Patience: with my self, my husband and children. Nothing happens instantly unless it is instant coffee and rarely is the actual product resemble coffee. Some principle applies in life. Great things need a bit of patience to grow.
Passion: eight years ago I fell in love with a man who in many ways is my absolute opposite, but if I give him space he is and will always be my perfect compliment.
Food: our home is never happier than in the throws of a major meal in production. The key is creating the space for our little ones to participate and become a cook rather than simply a taste tester.
Other than these five things I suppose the rest of things I need in my life will fit in my Subaru.
